The Site is an online directory, principally made up of places to get coffee while using their Wi-Fi. The coffee shops, restaurants and other locations in the directory have been recommended, and posted on the Site by users like you (the "Users"). We depend on our Users to recommend great places, and keep the information up-to-date.
Our primary reason for collecting your personally identifiable information are to provide you with the product and services made available through the Site, to communicate with you, to manage your registered user account, if you have one, and to administer the Site (including backup storage, disaster recovery, improvements to the Services, provide and enhance security and other operational services) and to comply with legal obligations.
Information Collected Upon Registration. If you desire to have access to certain restricted sections of the Site, you will be required to become a registered user, and to submit certain personally identifiable information. This happens in a number of instances, such as when you sign up for the Service, or if you desire to receive marketing materials and information. Personally identifiable information that we may collect in such instances may include your full name, password, email address, city, time zone, telephone number, your photograph and other information that you decide to provide us with, or that you decide to include in your public profile.

Use of Your Contact Information. We may use your contact information: to verify your identity; to provide technical support; to administer the Site; to market products and services to you; to comply with laws and regulations; and generally to communicate with your about the Site and Service. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive such information or communications from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in any of the communications or write to email@example.com.
Log Data. When you visit the Site, as a registered user or not, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit any website (the "Log Data"). Rackspace states that it is certified under the U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework; has been validated as a PCI DSS Level 1 Service Provider; and has been certified under the formal international security standard ISO/IEC 27001:2005.
Our Site contains links to other websites. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization or representation of our affiliation with that third party. We do not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personally identifiable information from you. Other sites follow different rules regarding the use or disclosure of the personally identifiable information you submit to them. We encourage you to read the privacy policies or statements of the other websites you visit.
The Site is not directed to persons under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information, he or she should contact us immediately by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personally identifiable information, we will delete such information from our files.
