Comments: Fair Grounds is truly a locals' haven, where you'll constantly see people from around the neighborhood greeting each other with warm smiles. There's a pretty diverse crowd, from ODU professors to artists to business people on their way to the office. It's an inviting, friendly atmosphere. Be sure to say Hi to Hollywood - she's a fixture, with the biggest smile in Norfolk.  Must log in on a real computer to upload new photos
