Comments: Backbeat Cafe is a place where coffee meets the beginning and the end of your day. Its the free drip coffee on Mondays between 8-9am and 25% Beer & Wine Happy Hour 4-7pm Monday through Saturday. Its the atmosphere of the DART trains as they tumble by our front patio. Its the ringing of the bells of Thanksgiving Square every hour. Its the Free Wifi that opens up to the world wide internet. Its the live music of all genres, local and touring, that keeps our stage full of life most nights. Its the other forms of human experience that fill our stage; poetry, stand-up comedy, improv, meetings, community groups, parties, performance art and the like that keeps things moving day in and day out.
